Principles
Our core belief is that the typical leadership development programme is a supply-side strategy. Such strategies assume that ‘push’ initiatives, such as leader development programmes, make little lasting impact on how well organisations are led (though they may help the individuals). To achieve real and lasting benefit for the organisation, rather than personal development, requires supply-side strategies to be carefully integrated with demand-side (pull) ones that reflect the organisation’s current needs, abilities and readiness.
