The Organisational Leadership Model

[Printable page]

The Organisational Leadership™ model is used to improve business leadership. The model underpins The Organisational Leadership Audit. Its aim is to help organisations conduct themselves in a way that allows leadership to flourish. It focuses on what permits and sustains appropriate leadership and what inhibits it.

This distinctive approach is concerned with seeing that the organisation's own needs for leadership are met. This is different from, and complements, the more familiar model that concentrates on developing individuals' skills as leaders.
