OVERVIEW
The Organisational Leadership Audit is a business improvement tool. Its aim is to help organisations conduct themselves in a way that allows leadership to flourish. It focuses on what permits and sustains appropriate leadership and what inhibits it.
At the heart of the approach is a distinctive and new model. This is concerned with seeing that the organisation's own needs for leadership are met. This is different from, and complements, the more familiar model that concentrates on developing individuals' skills as leaders.
