PRICING POLICY
The Organisational Leadership website aims to grow and serve a large and diverse worldwide community interested in improving organisational leadership. Many members of that community are independent, self-employed organisation consultants and developers. Where possible prices are held at a moderate level designed to facilitate participation.
The price charged for the Prometheus-designed audits and books has been fixed at price level charged by the publisher, Triarchy Press.
Discounts are available in certain circumstances. Please get in touch.
ORDERING PROCESS

Choose the items you wish to add to your shopping cart from the list. Choose the quantity you require of an item and click on 'add to cart'. This will then display the current status of your shopping cart. Click on ‘Continue shopping’ to return to the list of items to make any further purchases. Click the 'Proceed to checkout' button when you have finished adding items. You will then be routed to the PayPal payment gateway to confirm your order, shipping details and payment. |
Payment method
The normal method is to order and pay for items over the internet using the PayPal shopping cart and PayPal payment gateway below. When this method of payment is used, products will be despatched almost immediately.
Exceptionally, you can order and pay for your purchases by cheque or by electronic transfer (see below). Goods will be despatched as soon as the payment is confirmed by the vendor's bank. This method of payment also applies for items that are not in the standard list; e.g. workshops.

Notes
All online credit card transactions will be in pounds sterling.
For those not paying by credit card, in the case of non-UK orders, purchasers who are making their payment in sterling £ may be charged a fee by their own bank. This fee may be avoided if the purchaser has a company with a London bank account and makes payment from that account.
If paying by cheque in a currency other than sterling £, purchasers should add the equivalent of £4 to cover the administrative fee imposed on the vendor by the vendor's UK bank.
The price indicated includes postage and packing charges. If a purchaser sends an email requesting special fast or secure delivery arrangements via a courier service, the cost will be additional to the prices shown.
Sales tax
The publications sold via this website are free of UK Value Added Tax.
