Prometheus Consulting and its affiliates provide access to the Organisational Leadership website (www.organisational-leadership.com - the 'website') and sell our products and services to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

1. Your Account
If you use the website as a subscribing member of the Organisational Leadership Network, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to the services and benefits associated with your membership. Prometheus Consulting reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Any personal information provided or to be gathered by Prometheus Consulting is controlled by Prometheus Consulting.
We are not in the business of selling it or passing members' information to others.When subscribing to the free electronic a subscriber newsletter a new subscriber can indicate whether he or she wishes email contact information to be restricted or is willing for it to be shared.
When becoming a new member of the Organisational Leadership Network, a new member can indicate whether he or she wishes email contact information to be restricted or is willing for it to be shared.
Members of the Organisational Leadership Network can communicate with all other members either by posting a notice in the Members' Publicity pages of the website or by posting a message in the Network Forum dialogue pages and choosing to include their email address so that other members may respond directly.
3. Access to the website
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

Members of the Organisational Leadership Network may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. Prometheus Consulting reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any content.

9. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product or service from Prometheus Consulting, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail").
10. Availability
As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable at that time and when they are expected to become available.
11. Returns of printed materials
Besides the statutory cooling-off period of seven business days, if you are not delighted with your purchase you may return it and reclaim payment within 30 days of purchase. If goods are returned in an 'as new' condition suitable for resale, the full original purchase cost will be refunded.
12. Pricing
The core price of a service or product is fixed and quoted in pounds sterling. Comparable prices are quoted in US dollars and Euros, and these may fluctuate from time to time to reflect currency conversion rates. Accordingly, prices quoted on the website will be reviewed as and when required.
13. Payments
Purchasers may make payments by credit cards, debit cards, electronic transfer, cheque or cash. Payments by credit card, debit card, cheques or cash will only be accepted in pounds sterling for the price of the product or service quoted in pounds sterling.

17. Value added tax (VAT)
Certain products and services sold in the UK to purchasers based in the UK or a country within the European Union attract Value Added Tax at the prevailing UK rate. The prices quoted on the website indicate where this is applicable and the price before and after adding VAT. Where VAT is applicable, purchasers must add the VAT amount in their payment.

Prometheus Consulting will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions if the losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website, or a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
21. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use and Sale at any time.
