This website supports a community of interest among business managers, developers, educators, researchers, coaches and consultants. They all share a common interest in the challenge and opportunities of organisational leadership™ (also known as systemic leadership - see www.systemicleadership.co.uk).
The website is sponsored and managed by Prometheus Consulting, a UK-based research-led consultancy specialising in leadership, management and organisation development, change and learning.
We provide perspectives, insights and solutions for complex organisational problems. We seek to challenge current orthodoxy and populist offerings that promise easy answers, especially through generic training courses. We offer sustainable, systems-based solutions, designed for tomorrow. Our methods are rooted in diagnosis, draw upon organisation psychology, are informed by stakeholders, and are backed up by research.
